discussion then turns to the financing and what you can expect Rainmaker
Marketing Corporation to provide to you:

We
will prepare
your funding solicitation proposal for a fee pursuant to our usual
commercial terms; and

We
will provide
management presentation consultations to interested parties, at your
express direction and for the purposes of describing all of the limiting
conditions, issues, opportunities and risks the economics suggest may be
attainable if all operations are met with material success - all for a fee
pursuant to our usual commercial terms; and
-
We
will create
a complete presentation for a commercial real estate syndication,
provided; the commercial real estate syndication will be for raising no less
than $7,500,000 (USD), for a fee pursuant to our usual commercial terms
(the consulting fee is fixed regardless of the gross syndicate sales
requirement;
and
-
We
will provide a complete presentation to all interested syndicate
participants, manage the purchaser's meeting and presentation, define the
economic opportunity and close the transaction escrow for a fee paid in
accordance with our usual commercial terms.
Rainmaker
does not:
-
Provide
direct investment capital out of Rainmaker's funds for your project; and
-
Act
as an agent for a lender (we will provide you with FREE referrals to
commercial and institutional finance companies, lenders, hedge funds and/or
investment bankers, as the case may be); and
-
Act
as a broker for any lender or act as a loan correspondent for any
institution.
