Export Financing...

When it comes to foreign trade and export financing today's entrepreneur is seeking a seamless transaction construct that allows the company to continue to make inroads in foreign markets.  The silver lining in the U.S. dollar's downward spiral has been to create a competitive advantage for U.S. products in European markets, Asian markets, Mid-East markets and markets throughout North American and South America.

The entrepreneur's job is to identify these opportunities to sell products in foreign markets and leverage out the key risk elements in the transaction which are:

Payment Risk.  The risk the company will not be able to collect on the sales made as a result of non-payment or delay in payment due to the Byzantine export/import controls the foreign country may employ to protect their own markets from foreign competition.  Export financing program services takes the risk out of the equation for the exporter and provides a cash flow financing solution designed to allow the exporter to focus on marketing the business and thereby continue to grow their company.

Currency Risk.  What is the specified form of payment?  Does the exchange rate on that given day represent a collection risk you can neither afford to take nor manage to to your benefit?  Export financing is more than just a factoring transaction; the entirety of the product pipeline must be supported for the benefit of the client.

Regulatory Risk.  The risk that import duties and/or prohibitions will result in products already in the shipment pipeline of landing "dead on arrival" at the dock/port facility overseas.  This is the absolute worst case scenario being played out.  Rainmaker works with export specialists who understand export financing and the risks companies face when they are doing business upon foreign shores.

Rainmaker Marketing Corporation is the consulting firm to talk to for the answers.  Rainmaker works with a variety of institutional investors to match client needs with export financing programs that trade risk for reasonable profits; profits you can afford to pay and still be able to grow your company.  Whether you are creating an ongoing foreign sales program or this is a one-time provider contract to be fulfilled, Rainmaker has a solution that can be made to work for you.  The key tenets of our program are:

Low cost.  Fees as low as 1.5% though most companies should be realistic and assume their cost will be between 2.5% and 4.0%.  Rainmaker's business depends upon keeping an eye on the market to bring you the company or institution that can provide the seamless solution you need to be successful.

Response.  We can get the deal closed in less than 10 business days - that's two (2) weeks for transactions of $10,000,000 (USD) or less.  If you have the documentation we need, we may be able to get it closed in only a week.  If you can't hang in there for a week, you are already too late.

Up front fees.  There are none until we get to the verification of credit, liens and related items and the fee to cover these reports is usually $500.00, so you can see we are keeping it all affordable which you can pay via wire transfer, ACH bank to bank transfer or PayPal.  We have you covered.

When Should You Be Talking To Rainmaker?

If you will be seeking construction financing from a third-party lender (or investor) with whom you do not already enjoy a previous underwriting relationship, then you need to be talking to Rainmaker.  If you have insufficient equity or assets necessary to sustain a construction mortgage financing for a new construction project, then you need to be talking to Rainmaker about the alternatives.  If you have doubts, Rainmaker is the firm to turn to when it's time to deal with them.
